Indemnification Statement:
Exhibitor and Sponsor hereby releases and holds harmless the Rotary Club of The Villages Noon, its members and agents, and RCTVN Foundation, Inc. from any and all liability from any claim for damages or loss arising from participation and any claims from third parties during the 2025 Contractor and Crafts Showcase, and agrees to indemnify all above parties for any costs to which it may be exposed. Payment is acknowledgement of this waiver of liability.
